Overview

As a Temporary Runner Experience Specialist, you will provide world-class customer service to runners through various communication channels during our busiest season.

In Short

  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and social media.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and support for the business.
  • Evaluate customer contacts to improve the service experience.
  • Work full-time from May 19, 2025, to July 11, 2025.
  • Attend virtual training the first week of employment.
  • Manage order administration and resolve customer issues.
  • Communicate effectively and positively with customers.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist customers.

Requirements

  • Available to work 40 hours a week during the contract period.
  • Associates degree or 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and social media.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze situations and provide solutions.
  • Demonstrate innovation and initiative in improving processes.
  • Understand and empathize with customers.
