As a Wholesale Runner Experience Specialist at Brooks, you will provide industry-leading customer service to our retail partners and sales representatives, ensuring a seamless experience and building strong relationships.

In Short

  • Provide customer service to retail partners and sales representatives.
  • Communicate via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Manage order processes including new orders and returns.
  • Access information from multiple systems to resolve issues.

  • Track and report problems, acting as a problem solver.
  • Work with Credit to resolve invoicing errors.
  • Prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for success.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1+ years customer service experience required.
  • Knowledge of athletic footwear and apparel preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Zendesk.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Keen attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstration of innovation and initiative.
  • Empathy towards customers and the Brooks community.
