Overview

The Sales Representative for Sweden is responsible for driving sales revenue and margin for Brooks’ products within the territory, managing all aspects of sales including defining goals and marketing strategies.

In Short

  • Meet yearly revenue plans for footwear, apparel, and accessories.
  • Identify market potential and increase number of accounts.
  • Enter booking orders through proprietary tools.
  • Provide field feedback on competitor’s products and marketplace activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to grow revenue and brand awareness.
  • Manage and support retailers in alignment with revenue and marketing plans.
  • Lead field support efforts for product launches and in-store merchandising.
  • Educate retailers and consumers about Brooks’ products.
  • Travel required for tradeshows and sales meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years’ footwear and apparel sales experience.
  • Specialty retail experience of at least one year.
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and effective relationships.
  • Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of performance athletic products and technologies.
  • 70% travel required.
  • General proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
