Overview

The Guru Field Representative at Brooks is responsible for leading field support strategies to enhance market share and brand loyalty within their designated territory.

In Short

  • Lead field support efforts in Specialty and Big Box accounts.
  • Support Sales and Marketing teams with product launches and merchandising.
  • Collaborate on National Account sell-through programs and promotions.
  • Educate retail associates and consumers about Brooks products.
  • Represent Brooks at national and local running events.
  • Complete weekly field notes on visits and events.
  • Feature in product videos for educational platforms.
  • Manage a yearly product seeding and corporate card budget.
  • Maintain company vehicle and Brooks equipment.
  • Must live within 30 miles of the designated territory.

Requirements

  • BA or BS in Marketing/Sales/Retail Management or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of Marketing/Sales/Retail experience required.
  • Preferred experience in the Outdoor, Sports, or Athletic industry.
  • Knowledge of athletic footwear and related technologies.
  • Understanding of biomechanics and injury prevention basics preferred.
  • Basic retail math and inventory management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to empathize with runners and build relationships.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
  • Extensive travel required; willing to work weekends and extended hours.
