Overview

The Director of Sales for the Enterprise segment at Brex will lead a team of Account Executives responsible for driving new customer acquisition in a strategic segment, focusing on scaling execution and deal quality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of first-line Enterprise sales leadership experience.
  • Proven track record in complex B2B sales environments.
  • Skilled in multithreading and deal coaching.
  • Able to simplify complex problems and communicate effectively.
  • Experience in environments with evolving product-market fit.
  • Cross-functional partnership experience is essential.
  • Strong executive presence and tactical execution skills.
  • Low-ego, high-ownership leadership style.
