Overview

The National Key Account Manager will play a pivotal role in driving Bosch's presence within the construction channel, managing and expanding relationships with strategic accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in key account management or sales.
  • Proven expertise in the Construction or Industrial channel.
  • Strong people management and mentorship skills.
  • Experience with field sales teams and performance management.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to forecast and manage financial performance.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
