Overview

Bodorlaser is seeking a highly self-motivated and ambitious Sales Engineer/Account Manager to join our team for a full-time, remote role in the US South Region. This position offers the opportunity to work flexibly from home while engaging with clients, solving technical challenges, and driving sales growth.

In Short

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned region.
  • Analyze market trends for sales strategy optimization.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot product issues.
  • Attend trade shows and promotional events.
  • Regularly visit customer sites to maintain relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and presentations.
  • Ensure effective handling of administrative processes during the sales cycle.
  • Report on sales progress and challenges to the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Strong self-motivation and proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; basic Mandarin Chinese preferred.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time within the US.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience managing cross-departmental workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • 2-10 years of experience in sales or technical roles.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
