Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior National Accounts Manager to join our newly created National Accounts team to lead and manage the sales relationship with Barnes & Noble and Indigo.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Barnes & Noble and Indigo.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.
  • Present seasonal Adult, Children’s, and Special Interest lists.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Stay current on industry trends and customer preferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in publishing.
  • At least 2 years’ experience working with B&N.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
