Overview

The Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison between customers and various internal departments, ensuring high levels of service and customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Process orders in SAMS/SalesForce.com.
  • Act as contact point for customer queries and tech support.
  • Report access issues and coordinate fixes with third-party providers.
  • Provide sales support and run usage stats.
  • Set up renewals and access fees for institutional accounts.
  • Manage access requests for products.
  • Update MARC records for customers.
  • Respond to queries from online product inboxes.
  • Provide administrative support and ensure information accuracy.
  • Coordinate with customers on license agreements.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably SalesForce.com.
  • College degree or equivalent.
