Overview

Bubble Skincare is hiring for an experienced sales executive with a deep understanding of the Canadian retail landscape to join us as a Senior National Account Management to manage Shoppers Drug Mart and Walmart Canada.

In Short

  • Manage key accounts including Shoppers Drug Mart and Walmart Canada.
  • Lead sales planning and marketing strategy for core and new products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support account vision.
  • Drive sustainable growth plans for the brand in Canada.
  • Conduct weekly sales analysis and provide recommendations.
  • Oversee forecasting and stock/sales plans.
  • Execute end-to-end line reviews and product pitch decks.
  • Partner with marketing for strong visual presence in stores.
  • Support Canadian specific marketing initiatives.
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Category Management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Account Management or Category Management.
  • Experience with Shoppers Drug Mart/Loblaws is essential.
  • Passion for beauty and personal care.
  • Strong analytical and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with global teams.
  • French is an asset but not required.
