Overview

BizAway is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Junior IT Support Specialist to contribute to the growth and success of our IT Team.

In Short

  • Providing first-level support to all BizAway employees, both in-person and via remote access.
  • Configuring, deploying, retrieving, and troubleshooting Windows and macOS laptops and mobile devices.
  • Supporting and maintaining peripherals like monitors, keyboards, and printers.
  • Managing user accounts using our cloud IAM system.
  • Contributing to internal IT documentation, guides, and FAQs.
  • Assisting with IT inventory tasks.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Knowledge of Android and iOS mobile operating systems.
  • Experience in troubleshooting common hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Basic understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users.
  • Proactive, service-oriented attitude with a focus on user satisfaction.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Availability to travel occasionally to other company locations or for training.
