Overview

Ramp is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist to join our IT Operations team, supporting all IT aspects in our NYC HQ.

In Short

  • Provide in-person support at our NYC HQ and remote support for other offices.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for IT Operations on SaaS-related issues.
  • Take ownership of small and large projects.
  • Create and update technical documentation.
  • Advocate for users and remove bottlenecks.
  • Maintain and enhance WiFi and networking infrastructure.
  • Conduct new hire IT orientations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of technical experience in an enterprise.
  • Strong knowledge in core tech stack including Okta and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with SSO technology.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Understanding of User Lifecycle Management.
  • General networking knowledge.
