Overview

The Head of Revenue & Go-To-Market will be responsible for scaling enterprise revenue from $4M to $25M+ ARR, leading all revenue-generating functions, and ensuring alignment between marketing, sales, and product teams.

  • Maximize Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams.
  • Drive execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback to Product teams on customer needs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in revenue-related roles.
  • Proven ability to drive significant ARR growth in SaaS environments.
  • Expertise in managing the full revenue lifecycle.
  • Track record of building and scaling revenue teams.
  • Strong ability to create and implement go-to-market strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Collaborative mindset with cross-functional influence.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in high-growth startup environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM and customer success tools.
