Requirements

• 7-10+ years in growth and performance marketing, ideally within SaaS.
• Proven track record in scaling digital acquisition channels.
• Deep understanding of marketing funnels and A/B testing.
• Strong analytical mindset with data analysis proficiency.
• Exceptional leadership skills and team motivation experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in full-funnel optimization for subscription-based businesses.
• Expertise with ad management platforms and analytics tools.
• Strong executive presence.
