Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of systems analysis and project management experience.
• 3 years of management and leadership experience.
• Proven technical background with relational databases.
• Ability to design using service-oriented and object-oriented architectures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
• Experience with vendor management and budgeting.
• Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and relationship management.
