In Short

• Work closely with founders and the growth team to align business development strategy with company vision.
• Engage with projects, institutions, and developers to onboard users onto decentralized networks.
• Enable adoption of stablecoin and payment-based use cases.
• Drive integration opportunities with key DeFi protocols.
• Foster a community of builders using Scroll.
• Provide feedback to shape product development.
• Collaborate with growth, product, and ecosystem teams.
• Lead negotiations and represent Scroll in major conversations.
• Track partnership metrics and report progress.
• Serve as an evangelist for Scroll at events and forums.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business development in crypto, fintech, or payments.
• Strong understanding of Ethereum, L2s, and blockchain infrastructure.
• Proven track record of managing complex partner relationships.
• Familiarity with stablecoins and cross-border payments.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter attitude with organizational abilities.
• Passion for the Ethereum ecosystem.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments is a plus.
