Business Development Manager - Remote

In Short

• Full-time remote position based in the UK or Republic of Ireland.
• Responsible for creating and implementing effective sales strategies.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to prospect new business.
• Generate new business revenue as per allocated targets.
• Identify market trends to inform value propositions.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline.
• Coordinate and support all sales processes.
• Manage alliances with third-party companies.
• Ensure accurate data management within CRM.
• Participate in pricing solutions and writing proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or sciences (preferred).
• Extensive sales and business development experience.
• Experience managing sales targets exceeding Euro/GBP 1,000,000 per annum.
• Knowledge of EAP and mental health/wellbeing programs.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with data and program reporting.
