Overview

FP Markets is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our company in Brazil.

In Short

• Identify and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs) and partners in Brazil.
• Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through various outreach methods.
• Develop and execute business development strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams.
• Prepare reports and forecasts for management.
• Represent the company at industry events.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in business development or sales in the Forex / CFDs industry.
• Strong network of IBs and institutional clients.
• Solid understanding of trading platforms like MT4/MT5.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
