Overview

The Sales and Key Account Manager will be responsible for executing the company’s sales strategy to drive revenue growth, build and lead a high-performing sales team, and foster strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders in the contact lens and broader eye care market in the DACH market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 3+ years of progressive sales experience in the eye care or medical device industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the contact lens market.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Negotiation skills.
