In Short

  • Client acquisition: Proactively identify, engage, and secure new clients using strategic sales tactics to exceed revenue goals.
  • Relationship building: Cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and uncovering upsell opportunities.
  • Pipeline management: Own and manage the full sales cycle (A to Z), from lead qualification through to deal closure.
  • Sales presentations: Deliver impactful presentations that showcase the value of the solutions, addressing client pain points and demonstrating ROI.
  • Sales strategy: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies, leveraging market insights and competitor intelligence.
  • Negotiations & closing: Lead client negotiations, securing mutually beneficial agreements to achieve individual and company-wide sales success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the ed tech sector.
  • Fluency in German and English is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
