Requirements

• Proven experience in a CTO or similar role
• Strong understanding of modern tech stacks
• Experience with React Native, Django, and PostgreSQL
• Ability to mentor and lead a technical team
• Strong decision-making skills
• Experience in startup environments preferred
• Passion for innovation in supply chain management
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work remotely and manage a distributed team
• Willingness to work for equity
