As the Technical Co-Founder/CTO at Wellspring, you will define and execute the technology strategy for an AI-driven platform that transforms caregiving and financial planning.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a co-founder or early-stage technical leader.
• Proven ability to take concepts from ideation to MVP and scale.
• Experience with GenAI, LLMs, and agentic frameworks.
• Expertise in building secure, scalable multi-user data systems.
• Familiarity with healthcare and financial data regulations.
• Passion for creating seamless user experiences.
• Proven success in hiring and leading technical teams.
