In Short

• Craft and implement strategic plans to drive company growth and innovation,
• Assemble and lead a high-caliber team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
• Direct the development of the company’s product and service offers that meet customers’ needs
• Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for innovation,
• Oversee financial management of the startup, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting,
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
• Stimulate revenue growth through effective sales strategies, market expansion, and strategic partnerships,
• Lead with a strong work ethic, integrity, and a commitment to our core values.

Requirements

• Proven track record:
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in startups,
  • At least 3 years in medical, physiotherapy, or psychotherapy services,
• Experience in building startups and projects “from scratch”,
• Strong understanding of technology trends and business development strategies,
• Exceptional networking and business development skills,
• Entrepreneurial mindset, passionate about fostering growth and innovation,
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities,
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup setting,
• Knowledge of project management and process design,
• Proficiency in Polish and English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in building networks (of physical locations, partners, or sales networks).
