Your mission:
As CTO / Co-Founder, you will take on the technical leadership and develop the next level of MindElevate with us. Your task is to strategically and technologically advance the existing app and create the foundation for sustainable growth.

In Short

• Development and maintenance of the mobile app with React Native, focusing on iOS platforms.
• Backend development with NestJS and Prisma ORM – including architecture design and scalability.
• Technical roadmap: You will develop the roadmap for new features with the team and take responsibility.
• Hands-on development: Responsibility for engineering and full-stack development.
• Technical product strategy: Development and implementation of the technical vision in close coordination with the founding team.
• User experience: Ensuring a best-in-class user experience through technical innovations and data-driven decisions.
• DevOps processes: Building and maintaining DevOps processes for scalable product development.
• Optional: Scaling and AI optimization: Implementing advanced AI solutions for personalized content and data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with React Native for mobile application development, especially for iOS.
• Backend expertise: Experience with Node.js and NestJS for backend development.
• Experience with Prisma ORM for efficient database operations.
• Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL databases and experience in deployment on cloud platforms.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in full-stack development with the mentioned technologies.
• Startup experience: Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and quickly adapt to new technologies.
