• Craft and implement strategic plans to drive company growth and innovation.
• Assemble and lead a high-caliber team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Direct the development of the company’s product and service offer that meet customers’ needs.
• Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Oversee financial management of the startup, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Stimulate revenue growth through effective sales strategies, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
• Lead with a strong work ethic, integrity, and a commitment to our core values.

Requirements

• Proven track record of at least 5 years of leadership experience in startups.
• At least 3 years in transactional platforms and/or marketplaces.
• Experience in building startups and projects “from scratch”.
• Strong understanding of technology trends and business development strategies.
• Exceptional networking and business development skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, passionate about fostering growth and innovation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup setting.
• Knowledge of project management and process design.
• Proficiency in Polish and English.
