Technical Leader - Remote

Overview

The Technical Leader plays a fundamental role in collaborating with the development team to define tasks and implement the project. Their technical experience and knowledge allow them to guide the team in prioritizing tasks and estimating time for each task.

In Short

• Collaborate with the development team to define tasks, estimate times, and assign priorities in the project.
• Provide technical guidance to all team members, regardless of their role, and assist in technical decision-making.
• Act as a key resource in solving technical problems and challenges of the project.
• Supervise and manage each step to production, ensuring a smooth process.
• Serve as a liaison with other development teams and/or third parties that can provide relevant information or knowledge.
• Apply development principles such as TDD (Test Driven Development), SOLID, and Pair Programming to improve code quality.
• Participate in project management using the Scrum framework.

Requirements

• Experience with Java 17 or higher.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of ReactJS (JavaScript).
• Experience with JUnit.
• Familiarity with Git and Bitbucket.
• Understanding of SOLID principles.
• Experience with Jenkins.
