Corporate Counsel - Remote

Overview

We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Corporate Counsel to join our high-impact global legal team, based in São Paulo. You'll play a key role in supporting commercial operations across Latin America and beyond.

In Short

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including SaaS agreements, vendor arrangements, NDAs, and strategic partnerships.
• Support expansion efforts in Latin America by researching local laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Help design and refine scalable legal processes, including contract templates and playbooks.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align legal outcomes with business goals.
• Stay updated on evolving legal landscapes in Brazil and key LATAM jurisdictions.
• Support corporate governance, internal policies, and compliance matters.

Requirements

• Law degree and licensed to practice in Brazil.
• 3-5 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Strong understanding of contract law and familiarity with international business practices.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to grow professionally.
