• Lead contract negotiations for SaaS agreements and vendor contracts.
• Draft and review commercial software contracts.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, finance, and product teams.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in contractual obligations.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and industry regulations.
• Optimize contract processes and develop templates.
• Support resolution of contract-related disputes.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
• 5-8+ years of legal experience in a SaaS or technology company.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and data privacy regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CLM software (e.g., Ironclad).
