In Short

• Join the Legal Team as a Corporate Counsel.
• Must have a Juris Doctor and state license to practice law.
• 1-4 years of legal counsel experience required.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and legal instruments.
• Implement and manage Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software.
• Provide legal guidance on contract interpretation.
• Assist with regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed memorandums.
• Flexible hybrid-remote work schedule after 90 days.
• Collaborate with various departments including HR and IT.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Current state license to practice law or ability to obtain one.
• 1-4 years of legal counsel experience in a law firm or corporation.
• Solid drafting skills and knowledge of contracting procedures.
• Negotiation skills and analytical abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
