In Short

• Draft, review, and negotiate various complex and high-volume standard professional services contracts.
• Support contracting, risk, and compliance efforts for operations in the United States.
• Provide rapid, practical, business-oriented, and risk-aware legal advice to business clients.
• Assist internal clients with matters relating to standard contract templates and agreements.
• Contribute to and refine the company’s templates, playbooks, and guidance documents.
• Maintain active participation in professional societies for legal and compliance issues.
• Train internal client constituents in contracts and risk management.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in a U.S. State with a solid academic background.
• 5+ years of legal experience in a law firm and/or in-house specializing in engineering and consulting services.
• Experience managing complex project delivery issues.
• Contract negotiation experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
