Senior HRIS Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior HRIS Manager is responsible for the overall administration of the company’s human resource information systems including data governance, HR processes and workforce analytics to support Apex’s talent function, business operations and organizational goals.

In Short

• Oversee the administration of HR technology platforms (UKG Ready, Greenhouse, Cornerstone).
• Partner with stakeholders to implement system/process enhancements.
• Serve as liaison between HR, IT, Finance, and Operations.
• Document standard operating procedures for HR technology applications.
• Maintain integrations between HRIS platforms and other business systems.
• Manage high complexity HR projects on time and budget.
• Utilize system platforms for tracking workforce credentials.
• Support annual talent planning cycles.
• Develop reporting tools for HR analytics.
• Lead and mentor HRIS team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive HRIS/HR Technology experience.
• System administration experience with UKG required.
• Strong understanding of HR processes.
• Advanced skills in HR data analytics and reporting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing integrations with merger partners.
