Senior HRIS Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior HRIS Manager is responsible for the overall administration of the company’s human resource information systems including data governance, HR processes and workforce analytics to support Apex’s talent function, business operations and organizational goals.

• Oversee the administration of HR technology platforms (UKG, Greenhouse, Cornerstone).
• Partner with Talent, IT, and business operations stakeholders for system enhancements.
• Serve as the primary liaison between HR, IT, Finance, and Operations.
• Prepare and document standard operating procedures for HR technology applications.
• Manage HR projects and programs of high complexity and impact.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards for HR analytics.
• Lead, mentor, and develop HRIS team members.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws regarding HR data.
• Utilize systems to track workforce certifications and skills.
• Safeguard data integrity and privacy within HR technology platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive HRIS/HR Technology experience.
• System administration experience with UKG is required.
• Strong understanding of HR processes across various functions.
• Advanced skills in HR data analytics and reporting tools.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
