As a Senior HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the people experience in a fast-growing company, focusing on hiring, onboarding, performance, compliance, and culture.

• Own and improve HR processes across the full employee lifecycle.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English.
• 3–5+ years of experience in a broad HR role.
• Deep knowledge of German labor law and HR best practices.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS tools, specifically Personio.
• Proven track record in managing recruitment processes.
• Strong communication skills to build trust at all levels.
• Proactive and structured mindset.
• Experience in scaling a company from ~50 to 150+ employees is a plus.
