Overview

The Sr. Manager, HRIS plays a critical leadership role within the People Analytics & Technology team by defining and executing the HR technology strategy & operations at 2U. This role will oversee HRIS operations and system optimization, ensuring the efficient use of technology to enhance employee and HR team experiences.

In Short

  • Lead Workday HCM configuration and data integrity.
  • Implement HRIS enhancements and process automation.
  • Oversee HRIS operations including performance reviews and benefits enrollment.
  • Manage a team of HRIS analysts and provide mentorship.
  • Evaluate and improve HR technology solutions.
  • Build relationships with Workday and optimize HRIS technology.
  • Directly manage the people technology and HRIS analyst team.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve reporting issues.
  • Ensure compliance of HR systems.
  • Support a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in HR technology, focusing on Workday HCM.
  • Expertise in Workday HCM configuration and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and HRIS administration.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, IT, Business, or related field.
  • Experience managing an HR technology team.
  • Proven track record of leading HRIS projects.
  • Strong vendor management skills.
