Senior Network Development Specialist, Nursing - Remote

Overview

The Senior Network Development Specialist, Nursing is a subject matter expert in all things Network Development and clinical experiences in Nursing and Women’s Health.

In Short

• Responsible for driving new contracts and network partnerships for nursing, women’s health, and midwifery rotations.
• Work independently to grow placement network by soliciting contracts.
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to tailor messaging in conversations with network contacts.
• Lead team initiatives that drive Network Specialist KPIs.
• Conduct training for the team on identifying and contracting with nursing networks.
• Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively identify process improvements and best practices.
• Demonstrate a mastered approach in network expansion.
• Use creative approaches to building new partnerships.
• Ensure on-time placement for students through effective outreach strategies.

Requirements

• Licensed NP with experience in women’s health or midwifery.
• At least five or more years of work experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree required, Nursing degree preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
• Good judgment and excellent communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
• Ability to have consultative sales conversations.
