Senior Manager, HRIS - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on, and solutions-oriented Senior Manager, HRIS to lead the continued evolution of our Workday platform.

In Short

• Serve as the subject matter expert for key Workday modules including Core HCM, Performance, Talent, Advanced Compensation, Absence Management, Benefits, and Reporting.
• Provide strategic support for HR programs like performance reviews, goal setting, talent mapping, and annual compensation planning.
• Partner with HR Operations to translate business needs into scalable Workday configurations.
• Lead and develop a team of specialized HRIS professionals.
• Oversee Workday system configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Manage system testing (UAT), deployment cycles, and configuration updates.
• Drive change management for bi-annual Workday releases.
• Triage and resolve production support tickets via platforms like Jira.
• Monitor system usage and recommend configuration or process improvements.
• Create and maintain end-user training, documentation, and job aids.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in HRIS or HR Technology, with expertise in Workday HCM.
• Demonstrated ability to architect and oversee Workday configurations.
• Proven track record of leading complex HRIS initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset and business acumen.
• Experience managing and mentoring team members across diverse locations.
• Effective cross-functional collaborator.
• Comfortable managing change at scale.
• Self-starter who operates independently.
• Experience supporting Workday in a global environment.
• Proficiency in Workday integrations and custom reporting.
