Finance Business Partner - Professional Services - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Business Partner to oversee the P&L for our Professional Services functions within a SaaS environment. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across the company to deliver insightful financial analysis and recommendations, enabling data-driven decisions that drive growth, efficiency, and profitability. Your expertise will play a crucial role in supporting our subscription-based business model and enhancing customer success outcomes.

In Short

• SaaS P&L Management: Take ownership of Services and Support P&L, ensuring precise revenue recognition, expense forecasting, and profitability analysis in alignment with SaaS metrics and reporting standards
• Services Metrics: Own capacity and bookings to revenue models for professional services organization
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for Services and Support teams
• Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams
• Financial Modeling: Develop detailed models to evaluate new initiatives and pricing strategies
• KPI Reporting: Design and maintain dashboards to track KPIs specific to SaaS operations
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure financial practices comply with SaaS-specific regulations and accounting standards

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Experience: 10+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in SaaS or subscription-based industries
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SaaS financial tools such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and Adaptive Insights
• Analytical Skills: Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and financial modeling
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills
