Overview

Boomi is looking for a talented, high-energy, professional with a business-oriented mindset and a natural sales instinct to join our growing Sales Development organization, part of the Asia Inside Sales Team. The ideal candidate will work in collaboration with the Sales Team, marketing and our partners and contribute to developing the Boomi business by executing the planned sales strategy.

In Short

  • Work with world-class people and industry-leading technology.
  • Create your own conversations with target personas and focus accounts.
  • Execute outbound campaigns from initial touchpoint to sales-qualified lead conversions.
  • Partner with experienced Account Executives to increase opportunity pipeline.
  • Develop relationships with partners and build co-sell motions.
  • Achieve monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities.
  • Bring ideas and take full responsibility for activities.
  • Work in a fast-paced, international, and innovative environment.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English is required.
  • 1+ years of Business/Sales Development experience preferred.

Requirements

  • A growth mindset and coachable attitude.
  • AI-centric knowledge.
  • 2-3 years of corporate experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, bilingual is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics preferred.
  • Aspiration to develop a career in technology sales.
  • Experience with sales tools like Salesforce is a plus.
  • Prior inside sales experience selling software solutions is advantageous.
  • High energy and positive attitude.
