Overview

The Finance Business Partner is responsible for the financial integrity and analytical support across the supply side of the UK & International business, focusing on financial plans, operational costs, and productivity.

• Support the Head of Finance in delivering business partnering across Services and Supply Chain.
• Develop an internal financial trading model for effective costing.
• Create compelling business cases for capabilities and services.
• Drive effectiveness and efficiency in the supply side of the business.
• Establish Management Information (MI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Contribute to cultural and process change programs.
• Manage recruitment, training, and motivation of team members.
• Act as a key contributor to the finance team.
• Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA accounting qualification with 3+ years PQE.
• 2+ years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• Experience in business partnering at a senior level.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Problem-solving and process improvement capabilities.
• Engaging and articulate finance professional.
