Senior Software Engineer - Front End - Remote

• Remote-first company with team members across the U.S., Canada, Poland, and globally.
• Collaborate with Development and Product teams daily.
• Focus on creating, improving, and maintaining technology and features.
• Work within a Scrum methodology for project scoping and planning.
• Execute projects, fix bugs, write tests, and maintain documentation.
• Provide feedback through Code Reviews and mentor other developers.
• Create scalable code and release it into production.
• 7+ years of experience in front-end technologies like React.
• Strong collaboration skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Requirements

• Solid foundation in writing and maintaining a design-driven component library.
• Excellent understanding of OOP concepts and software design patterns.
• Experience with Git or similar source control systems.
• Experience working remotely with team members across multiple time zones.
• Willing to understand and commit to company values.
