OP Labs is seeking a highly motivated attorney to serve as Corporate Counsel, responsible for driving forward the commercial and corporate functions on the legal team.

Requirements

• Current license in a U.S. state or international jurisdiction with JD.
• Three or more years of relevant transactional experience.
• Experience structuring complex transactions and negotiating agreements.
• Excellent judgment and business pragmatism.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Startup or tech experience.
