Corporate Counsel - Remote

Overview

The Corporate Counsel will be the first dedicated legal position at TruDataRx, responsible for establishing the internal legal department and managing legal documentation, negotiations, and compliance matters.

• Remote position
• Responsible for legal documentation preparation and client/vendor negotiations
• Maintain corporate records and provide legal research support
• Advise Senior Management on legal matters and regulations
• Conduct legal research using various resources
• Build and maintain a document management system
• Collaborate with outside counsel as needed
• Support accreditation efforts for the company
• Provide administrative and paralegal support
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active law license in the state of the company
• Minimum of five years of legal practice experience
• Strong knowledge of contract, employment, and intellectual property law
• Experience in healthcare insurance or pharmacy benefit management preferred
