In Short

  • Provide legal counseling for channel sales regarding partner programs.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate partnership agreements and related documents.
  • Respond to legal advice requests from business teams.
  • Improve standard agreements and legal processes.
  • Manage a heavy workflow and set priorities efficiently.
  • Draft and negotiate channel-related agreements.
  • Support domestic and international channel sales.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of in-house legal experience, preferably in technology.
  • Knowledge of privacy and information security legal issues.
  • Admitted to the bar in at least one U.S. state.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and channel partnerships.
  • Experience with distributors and international markets.
