Overview

The role of Partner Development Manager - Germany focuses on building and growing strategic partnerships within the assigned territory. This includes maintaining a strong portfolio of sales opportunities and generating new partnerships.   • Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Account Management) to align strategies and drive partner engagement.
  • Monitor partnership performance, develop enablement programs, and support partners in selling and supporting AudioEye solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, new opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Travel as needed to meet partners and represent AudioEye at industry events to enhance brand presence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in partner sales within a SaaS company with a proven track record.
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken), with the ability to sell in the German market and effectively communicate in English with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in a startup or growth environment, with the ability to adapt.
  • Familiarity with the agency market, ideally with experience working with large network and web design agencies.
  • Ability to work effectively at both strategic and tactical levels and adopt a hands-on approach.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, identify patterns, and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to interact with executives, partners, and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, self-directed work style.
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet partners and represent AudioEye at industry events.
