Overview

The Sales Engineering Manager (SEM) for Citrix at Arrow ECS is a technical leader responsible for managing a team of Sales Engineers, providing technical expertise, and ensuring alignment with sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of infrastructure solutions like Microsoft Azure and AWS.
  • Strong communication skills for presentations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and SalesForce.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude.
  • Understanding of AI and cloud technologies is a plus.
  • Experience in managing technical sales teams.
