DFT Engineer - Remote

Overview

The DFT Engineer will develop and implement comprehensive DFT architectures tailored to specific design requirements, ensuring robust testing mechanisms are in place.

• Develop and implement DFT architectures.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in DFT.
• Experience with ATPG patterns and MBIST implementations.
• Ability to conduct experiments during silicon debug.
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
