In Short

  • The selected applicant manages, coaches and develops the SE Staff.
  • Ensures department goals are met and resources follow sales workflow methodologies.
  • Conducts onboarding for all new hires.
  • Trains and coaches all direct reports.
  • Conducts standing meetings with the Sales team to review task status.
  • Reviews and approves expenses.
  • Validates workflow documentation.
  • Enforces compliance of process flow.
  • Supports the development of career paths for direct reports.
  • Assists the sales department in scoping customer projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) and 2-4 years of experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Reporting tools.
  • Solid expertise with staff management tools and techniques.
  • Experience creating agendas, facilitating meetings, and tracking action items.
  • Knowledge of revenue recognition and project margin calculations.
  • PMP or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in the parking and transportation industry.
  • Ability to write presentations, reports, and correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and negotiate priorities with end users.
