Director, Citation Services - Remote

Overview

The Director of CCS is responsible for managing the resources and processes relating to the processing and collections of CCS and ensures that activities are performed in compliance with established policies and regulations. The Director of CCS is expected to manage in support of corporate objectives, maintain departmental metrics, and attain departmental revenue targets.

In Short

• Holds all CCS Licenses.
• Supports the T2 Sales team at trade shows and on sales calls.
• Provides CCS quoting/estimating and stays current on competitive trends.
• Maintains and monitors established collections procedures.
• Recommends and implements effective collections strategies.
• Communicates with customers to resolve collection issues.
• Reviews collection reports and evaluates effectiveness.
• Audits delinquent accounts for uncollectibility.
• Directs and coaches the processing and collections team.
• Manages performance and productivity objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of progressive collections leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills with individuals and groups.
• Able to make quick decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Progressive leadership experience required.
• Understanding of collections philosophies and principles.
