Overview

The Executive Account Manager is responsible for managing the relationship of top tiered existing assigned T2 customer accounts as well as add on sales. This position reports to the Director of Customer Success within the Customer Experience department.

In Short

  • Manage relationships with top tiered customer accounts.
  • Provide customer updates and new solutions.
  • Responsible for renewal activities associated with customers.
  • Conduct strategic customer visits.
  • Follow up on sales leads and develop new leads.
  • Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain documentation in CRM (Salesforce.com).
  • Work with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet annual financial quotas and renewal targets.
  • Participate in industry and company conferences.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of T2’s software products and services.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Knowledge of the parking industry.
  • Ability to write presentations and proposals.
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and technical documents.
  • Ability to work under deadline pressure.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to engage and build relationships with clients.
