In Short

  • Oversee customer adoption of T2 products.
  • Drive maximum adoption of T2 solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to formulate Success Plans.
  • Maintain understanding of products and customer needs.
  • Schedule and deliver technical and product Business Reviews.
  • Provide hands-on support for technical challenges.
  • Engage with customers' senior decision-makers.
  • Act as a technical advisor and assist with architecture design.
  • Monitor customer trends and recommend actions.
  • Enable open-source community awareness of T2 solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales and customer operations.
  • Customer-facing experience with product adoption.
  • BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • 5+ years of experience with CRM, Salesforce desirable.
  • Deep understanding of Hardware and SaaS solutions.
  • Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in Software Architecture design is a plus.
  • Desire to learn and grow.
